To fulfill Tu Boleta’s desire to offer self-service ticket scanning, Alvarado supplied a combination of TAS12-EDC and TAS12P-EDCticketing turnstiles for each stadium. Both include Alvarado’s scanning device featuring a 1D/2D barcode reader, touchscreen display, visual indicators, speaker and lane controller. An integrated RFID reader supports Tu Boleta’s use of wearable technology, such as wristbands.For added flexibility and portability, units were supplied with wireless communication, battery power and baseplates.
